Job Description

PeakNIL is seeking a creative and experienced marketing consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Summer and Back to School marketing campaigns. This includes crafting strategies for PR, digital marketing, media planning, social media, and B2B marketing; then bringing them to market. Your primary focus will be to reach businesses of all sizes around college campuses, and engaging student athletes.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our Summer and Back to School campaigns.
-Public Relations: Develop and manage PR campaigns to enhance the company’s public image and build strong relationships with media outlets. This may include working with an external PR agency on broader initiatives.
-Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, and content marketing.
-Media Planning: Develop media plans and coordinate with various media channels to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness of campaigns. Utilize technology to run efficient and effective campaigns with intentional targeting practices.
-Social Media Management: Create and manage social media campaigns to increase engagement and build a strong online presence.
-B2B Marketing: Develop B2B marketing strategies targeting small businesses around college campuses, focusing on partnership opportunities with student athletes.
-Campaign Implementation: Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
-Experience: Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation, preferably within sports.
-Skills: Strong knowledge of PR, digital marketing, media planning, and social media. Photoshop skills are preferred.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Description
PeakNIL is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. This commission-based role focuses on creating and executing sales outreach processes, building relationships with both national and local businesses, college athletic departments, and driving B2B sales strategies. This is an autonomous role, ideal for a self-starter with strong presentation skills and a passion for sports-related sales.

Key Responsibilities
-Sales Outreach: Develop and implement a sales outreach process targeting both national and local businesses.
-Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with brands and college athletic departments to facilitate partnerships and collaboration.
-B2B Sales Strategy: Drive strategy for small business B2B sales, focusing on creating value and building long-term partnerships with local businesses on college campuses.
-Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
-Lead Nurturing: Nurture leads through the sales process, ensuring continuous engagement and movement through the sales funnel.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications
-Experience: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the sports or education sectors.

-Presentation Skills: Commanding presentation capabilities with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at various levels.
-Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
-Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
-Sports-Related Sales: Experience in sports sponsorship sales is highly desirable.
-Existing Relationships: Established experience and relationships with large national brands and/or college athletic departments and their marketing or media agencies are a plus.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications in the exciting and rapidly evolving NIL industry, connecting college and high school athletes with fans and brands. Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases to ensure robust performance.
